This PowerPoint was a cumulation of my research for United Planning Organization (UPO), a Community Action Agency in Washington, DC. My research was done in the housing sector, and I decided to narrow my research to Accessory Dwelling Units. I presented this project to UPO management and CEO at the end of my summer internship.

I wrote this term paper on the idea of re-writing the internet as we know it. The internet has been a place to connect, but it's also been a place where misinformation and disinformation are rampant. I discuss current social media regulations, as well as new platforms emerging with ideas on how to make the internet a better, safer place.

This piece is a scientific literature review over a well-sourced scientific literature anthology, Galileo's Commandment: An Anthology of Great Science Writing. In this piece, I propose a newly added chapter to the anthology made up of pieces that are already included.

A creative nonfiction piece detailing the popular prescription acne medication most commonly referred to as Accutane. In researching for this paper, I learned about the physical and emotional side effects of the drug while uncovering misogynistic regulations regarding the dispensing of the drug.

Vision Screening Procedure Manual

Designed, formatted, and edited this section of a manual for the Missouri State Citizenship and Service Learning office. The manual was created for the director of the Vision Screening Program, a program that provides free eye exams to underfunded schools and daycares.
